Refund Policy

*The Agreement and Waiver form is required to attend a healing session. If you do not complete this form, you cannot attend a session, and your appointment will be canceled without a refund.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Give us 48 hours notice if you have to change, cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours or more notice, we can schedule another session for you.

If you cancel in less than 48 hours, or if you do not show up, there will be no refund. If you choose to book another session, that will incur an additional new full session fee.

LATENESS POLICY

Arrive to your appointment on time. If you are late, your session will be shorter. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate you. If we cannot accommodate you, it will be considered a missed appointment and no refund will be given.

Results may vary and are not guaranteed. We do not offer full money back guarantees on any one-on-one sessions. Once you book your session and it is confirmed, the sale is final. If you cannot attend the session and wish to pass on the healing to someone else, you may do so. Please contact support@fieldoflighthealing.com with the name and email of who will be attending in your place.
