Welcome to Field of Light Holistic Healing LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our services, including private healing sessions, courses, workshops, any other offerings provided by Field of Light Holistic Healing LLC, and your relationship with Field of Light Holistic Healing LLC (the "Service") operated by Leslie Mata ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

By booking a session, accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Field of Light Holistic Healing LLC provides Quanta Freedom Healing™ sessions. Our services are intended to support personal holistic wellness, relaxation, and energy balance, but do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

You understand and agree that:

Our services are complementary and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
If you have any health concerns, you should consult with a licensed medical or mental health professional before booking a session.
Healing sessions are not a substitute for professional medical care, therapy, or prescription medications.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Appointment Scheduling

All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website in order to accommodate many requests.
Bookings are subject to availability and approval.
Approval is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the practitioner. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
A completed and signed agreement and waiver form is required to attend a Quanta Freedom Healing™ Session.

2.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, and other approved payment processors.
All prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.

3. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful healing environment, we expect all clients, students, and workshop participants to adhere to the following guidelines:

Arrive on time for your scheduled session or event.
No inappropriate or disruptive behavior will be tolerated during sessions.
Refrain from substance use (alcohol, recreational drugs) prior to your session, as this may interfere with the healing process.
Any form of harassment, abuse, or disrespect toward practitioners, instructors, or other participants will result in immediate termination of services, with no refund.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all clients and students.

All personal information shared before, during, or after sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law.
Sessions involve somatic and emotional releases. Please feel free to share and express emotions in the safe healing space.

5. Health & Safety Acknowledgment

By participating in any service, you confirm that:

You are fully responsible for your own well-being. Please do not drive or operate machinery during a session or a replay, or while playing a MP3 recording.
You understand that Quanta Freedom Healing™ involves subtle energy work and may lead to emotional or physical releases.
If you experience discomfort or wish to stop the healing at any time, you will communicate this to the practitioner immediately.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Field of Light Holistic Healing LLC and Leslie Mata make no guarantees regarding specific results from any healing session, training, or workshop. Results vary and depend on a person’s motivation and openness to healing.
You agree that all services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
You release Field of Light LLC and Leslie Mata from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after any session, training, or event.
If you experience any adverse effects, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical attention.

Booking and Cancellation Policy for One-on-One Quanta Freedom Healing™ Sessions:

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Give us 48 hours notice if you have to change, cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours or more notice, we can schedule another session for you.

If you cancel in less than 48 hours, or if you do not show up, there will be no refund. If you choose to book another session, that will incur an additional new full session fee.

LATENESS POLICY

Arrive to your appointment on time. If you are late, your session will be shorter. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate you. If we cannot accommodate you, it will be considered a missed appointment and no refund will be given.

Results may vary and are not guaranteed. We do not offer full money back guarantees on any one-on-one sessions. Once you book your session and it is confirmed, the sale is final. If you cannot attend the session and wish to pass on the healing to someone else, you may do so. Please contact support@fieldoflighthealing.com with the name and email of who will be attending in your place.

Medical and Site Disclaimer: Leslie Mata is neither a qualified psychologist, nor a qualified counselor, and offers her insights and advice as suggestions. You are responsible for your well being and healing, and are always free to refuse any suggestions, insights or guidance offered. Leslie Mata does NOT provide any mental health assessments, mental health diagnosing or mental health counseling through any of the services associated with Field of Light Holistic Healing LLC. The services offered by Leslie Mata through Field of Light Holistic Healing LLC are not and are not intended to substitute or replace any mental health counseling or medical treatment nor do they constitute psychological or medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment under any circumstances. As a Quanta Freedom Healing™ Practitioner, Leslie Mata does not diagnose conditions, prescribe, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Always consult a professional medical doctor, psychologist or other professional mental health provider with any concerns you may have about your physical or psychological health or any medical condition as we do not diagnose or treat anyone for any reason. All services and programs offered are intended for adult use only. Leslie Mata's holistic healing services are not are not suitable for minors under the age of 18. By using our services, you assume full responsibility and liability for your actions.
